To ensure a safe, structured, and effective healing environment for all patients, Nav Jagran Foundation maintains strict rules and regulations. All patients admitted to our center, along with their guardians/families, must read and comply with the following terms:
- Admission is open to individuals struggling with alcohol, chemical, or drug dependencies, subject to physical check-up and intake assessment.
- Guardanship/Consent from immediate family members or legal guardians is mandatory at the time of admission.
- The patient or guardian must submit government-issued identification cards (Aadhaar Card, Voter ID, etc.) and complete medical history records.
To maintain safety, the following items are strictly forbidden inside the facility and will be confiscated:
- Drugs, alcohol, tobacco, cigarettes, matchboxes, or lighters.
- Weapons of any kind, pocket knives, or sharp instruments.
- Electronic gadgets, personal smartphones, cameras, tablets, or laptops (except during specifically scheduled communication hours or with permission).
- Excessive cash, jewelry, or valuable personal items. The center is not responsible for lost belongings.
- All residents must show respect to peers, counselors, medical staff, and administrators. Verbal abuse, physical aggression, or harassment is grounds for immediate disciplinary action or discharge.
- Active participation in scheduled classes, counseling sessions, yoga routines, and community chores is mandatory unless excused by the medical team.
- Residents are expected to maintain clean personal hygiene and contribute to the cleanliness of their living spaces.
- Family members may visit patients only during scheduled visiting hours and with prior booking from the management.
- Initial lock-in periods (e.g., the first 30 days) may be enforced, during which phone calls or visits are restricted to support detoxification and focus.
- Weekly or bi-weekly phone updates are provided to the designated guardian by the patient's primary counselor.
- Monthly boarding and treatment fees must be paid in advance. Detailed billing queries can be clarified with our accounts team.
- Fees are non-refundable in cases where a patient is discharged due to violation of disciplinary codes or voluntarily withdraws before the recommended treatment cycle.
- Discharges are planned in coordination with the resident's primary counselor, visiting psychiatrist, and the guardian.
Important Notice: Nav Jagran Foundation reserves the right to modify these rules to enhance patient safety and rehabilitation success. Failure to comply with these terms may lead to immediate termination of admission.
